Josep Solés and his wife, Rosa, belong to the fourth generation of this family business, founded in 1850. They may not be the most famous, but they are the most recommended by chefs.
We designed this space in the old premises of the factory, which are no longer in use.
Even though the new premises have been renovated, they maintain the same craft production system, so we coined the tagline “ara com abans,” meaning “now as before.”
In the year of the museum’s opening, the company doubled its income.
