COCOON HOUSE

CUCCOCOON HOUSE

CUC is an immersive art installation designed for public entertainment. It’s a small structure from the post-digital era, an infinite space that transforms into an interactive

and playful experience.

Once inside, the Cartesian reference vanishes, and instability, chaos, and uncertainty become reasons for celebration. Unlike a digital device, sensuality—the relationship between the body and real space—serve as its active principle. Ultimately, it is a low-fi kinetic sculpture made from stretched elastic fabric, set in motion by the people inside it. At night, it can transform into a light-painted living sculpture.

Since its inception, CUC has been featured in art, architecture, and light festivals, children’s festivals, museums, and cultural events worldwide, including FAD in BARCELONA, Jardin des Tuileries in PARIS, the Bronx Museum in NEW YORK, Camden Night Gardens PHILADELPHIA, Pavilion de L’Enfant in AIX-EN-PROVENCE, Teatro Tantarantana and Jardí de Pedralbes both in BARCELONA, among others.
